Meet Our Founder

Olaniyi Dada is the Founder of Future Funded Advisory, a coaching and mentorship firm dedicated to empowering individuals with the financial literacy and professional development tools they need to succeed.

With a career spanning investment banking at Bank of America Securities, commercial strategy roles at ExxonMobil, and project engineering at General Electric and Baker Hughes, Olaniyi brings a rare combination of technical rigor, financial expertise, and real-world business insight to his coaching. He holds an MBA in Finance and Energy from Rice University, where he was recognized as a Poets & Quants MBA to Watch, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.

He also maintains key financial certifications, including the SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses. Olaniyi has led recruiting and mentorship initiatives at Bank of America, directly supporting top MBA candidates and new hires as they navigate competitive investment banking pathways. He has advised on multi-billion-dollar M&A and capital markets transactions, and now uses that deep transactional and analytical experience to coach others.
